Muddy roads, deep puddles, and improvised roadblocks turn every shortcut into a traction test.
The game
DRIVE HIVE
TWO TO FOUR PLAYERS.
ONE CAR.
ZERO GOOD EXCUSES.
TEAM SPORT**allegedly
BUILT FOR CO-OP
Every stage is a conversation.
Sometimes a very loud one.
One of you drives. The others read the road, handle repairs, and spot opportunities. Each car seats 2–4 players. More friends? Bring more cars! We promise that everyone tackles the same rough conditions.
TRAILER / GAMEPLAY
STRAP IN.
FOOTAGE INCOMING.
Our first gameplay trailer will drop here as soon as it’s ready for the road.
Slick sand, small tornadoes, and badly parked cacti make the open road surprisingly crowded.
Steep slopes, slippery gravel tracks, loose stones, and boulders reward brave route calls.
Construction zones reshape the route while roadside crowds watch, cheer, and judge every dent.
ROUTE OPEN
THE PLAN IS
ONLY A SUGGESTION.
Read the stage, mark the hazards, and agree which bad route looks best today.

WORK TOGETHER
DRIVE.
NAVIGATE.
IMPROVISE.
Roles create real teamwork without turning anyone into a passenger.
GO ANYWHERE
THE STAGE
IS A PUZZLE.
Read the terrain, choose your route, and live with the wonderfully bad consequences.
STAY WEIRD
SERIOUS RACING.
UNSERIOUS CARS.
Expressive vehicles, reactive physics, and driving conditions which almost make you believe you’ve failed.
THE PLAN
THREE STOPS.
ONE FINISH LINE.
We’re building Drive Hive in clear stages—from the first public test to the full game.
